We are an approved DVLA number plate supplier. For road legal number plate we require two pieces of evidence, please send us one document from each list below:
 
List 1 - Identity documents
You can use the following to confirm your name and address:
• driving licence, with or without a photo
• utility bill, Council Tax or rates bill in Northern Ireland
• bank or building society statement
• national identity card
 
List 2 - Proving you can use the registration number
• vehicle registration certificate (V5C)
• new keeper slip (green slip)
• certificate of entitlement (V750)
• retention document (V778)
• renewal reminder for vehicle tax or SORN (V11)
• temporary registration certificate (V379)
• number plate authorisation certificate (V948)
• number plate authorisation e-certificate (eV948 or eV948/2)
• letter of authorisation from a fleet operator quoting V5C number
• record of insurer’s name, reference and policy numbers (for approved repairs)
• PDF of the vehicle details from the view vehicle record service (if your fleet is part of the V5C on demand scheme)
• UK trailer registration certificate (VTRC)
